My name is Felicia Raymond, a Sales Associate with Better Homes and Gardens Coccia Realty of Rutherford.  I am a graduate of Real Estate Express School and a member of: Greater Bergen Board of Realtors; New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and Garden State Multiple Listing Service.

I have 25 years experience in Customer Relations and have interned for investors, which gave me the insight to both the buyer and seller side of the business.  I have a special talent for staging and am extremely observant and knowledgeable to what sells.  I am a firm believer in furthering my knowledge about the current market and the changing times.  I thrive on learning new information and have a dedicated, strong work ethic and use my time aggressively to get the job done with diligence and integrity.

My relationship with my clients is my number one priority. Communication is the key to any successful business.

When I am not assisting my clients, I enjoy spending time with my son. We are gym buddies, and take road trips to listen to the waves of the Jersey shore.
